The flats are located in Candolim and lies in the tourist belt of North Goa.

All the flats are located in one wing which consists of six flats.The entrance to the said wing is totally different from the other residents.The terrace is also usable exclusively by the six flat residents only.

Candolim is located adjacent to Calangute/Baga on one side and Sinquerim on the other side and shares the same shoreline/beach.

Candolim has a lighthouse at Aguada,Aguada jail on the hill ,Aguada Fort besides boating, parasailing and water scooters.

Flat has a  bedroom fitted with a 1.5 tonne O General Split a/c, cable tv in the hall, fridge in the kitchen, and two verandahs and a toilet cum bathroom with a geyser. Beds for 4 persons.Total 3  separate rooms.Area 700 sq feet built up area.

Rate Rs.2000/- per day for 4 persons. 

Rate Rs.6000/- per day for 5 persons from 25th December to 2nd January. 

Two Bedroom Flat- Ground and First Floor-3 units

Flat has two  bedrooms, one of which is  fitted with a 1.5 tonne O General a/c, cable tv in the hall, fridge in the kitchen, sofa/ sofa chairs dinning table with chairs in the hall ,and two verandahs and a toilet cum bathroom with a geyser and a separate toilet. Total 4  separate rooms.Area 900 sq feet built up area.Beds for 5 persons.

Rate Rs.2400/- per day for 5 persons. 

Rate Rs.7000/- per day for 6 persons from 25th December to 2nd January. 

Special Rates during monsoon. Minimum two days.

Special Instructions

1.All amenities provided are for the use and enjoyment of the guest and not for misuse.Bedsheets ,pillows and beds should not be deliberately dirtied/torn/destroyed.

2.Garbage is to be thrown in Garbage bin provided.

3. Drinking alcohol in the premises is permitted.No other persons living in the complex / surroundings are to be disturbed.Guests who vomit shall ensure that the place is cleaned up.

4.The Fridge / TV / microwave/ Glass dining table should be handled with care and not destroyed.

5.The sofa/ should not be deliberately  dirtied/made wet.

6. The aircondition should be operated by the remote only.

7.The flat will be cleaned once a day.However a broom and pan is provided in all the flats.

8.Taking of narcotic drugs in any form is strictly prohibited  besides  being an offence punishable with imprisonment of upto 10 years and which may also extend to life imprisonment or death in certain cases so also no illegal activities are to be carried out.

9. The person booking the premises has to be 18 years of age or above. To confirm booking  one days rent is normally accepted except in the month of December when 50%  advance is payable..

10. There is no back up for electricity.

If you are coming by train from Mumbai get down at Thivim Railway Station.Then come to Candolim via Mapusa.Proceed towards Sinqueri/Fort Aguada.You will first cross Canara Bank and after that on the same side as Canara Bank  you will come across State Bank of India, Fort Aguada Branch.Side of this bank is a Medical Store.About 10 meters from State Bank is a lane presently there is a restaurant by the name of (J.J’s).Enter that lane first you will see Top Nosh Restaurant 42, Country Inn,then Madeira Appts,then Green Peace Appts and after that is Madeira Mansion.The building has 2 gates enter the smaller one which is a walkway and enter the first building wing .There are 2 flats on each floor.Knock on the door which has 007 written on it.The flats are opposite ITC Fortune Select Regina and ahead of  Country Inn.

If you are coming from South Goa ie Vasco or Margao then you have to come to Panaji ,then Betim,Nerul and as soon as Nerul gets over there is a small bridge over the river, cross that bridge and there is a long footpath with square hoardings and lights as soon as the foothpath gets over there is a left turn ,take that and the building is opposite ITC Fortune Regina.

No check-in at hotels in Goa without photo identity

PANAJI: Tourists visiting Goa without any photo identity proof, henceforth, will not be able to check-in at any hotel or guest house in the state.

Based on intelligence inputs regarding terrorist threats to the western coast of India, Mihir Vardhan, district magistrate, North Goa, recently directed all owners and management of hotels, lodging and boarding, private guest houses and paying guest accommodations, not to allow any visitors to check in, without producing a photo identity card.

"Visitors should provide a photo identity proof such as smart card, election card, employment card, ATM card or any other photo identity card issued by a recognized authority," said Vardhan.

This order shall come into force with effect from January 3, 2013 and remain effective for a period of 60 days up to March 2, 2013. "Any person contravening this order shall be punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code," said Vardhan.
